Elements of the Thrive at Work journey

Thriving Sustainably: Navigating the complex landscape of workplace mental health

In this report – the first of a broader series of Thrive at Work Survey Insights reports – we discuss findings from the survey and provide a journey into the multifaceted nature of workplace mental health and outline the key strategies that organisations can undertake to best address different aspects of the mental health spectrum.

Services we offer

There are many benefits to connecting with our experienced team of Researchers and Practitioners at the Future of Work Institute. We offer a range of services to help your organisation thrive, including customisable surveys on work design, upskilling training, solutions based workshops, and focus groups.

It makes business sense

Use some statistics to help quantify the impact thriving employees could have on your business. Demonstrate to your organisation the opportunities presented by focusing on workplace well-being. These opportunities include financial returns, increased productivity and engagement, decreased turnover and absence, compliance with legislation, enhanced reputation, and employees who thrive in all domains of their lives.
