Developed in response to strong sector demand, these toolkits equip frontline leaders with the knowledge and tools to apply good work design in everyday operations.

These toolkits provide practical prompts, checklists, and conversation guides to help supervisors and managers identify early warning signs, structure work more effectively, and embed psychosocial safety into routine practice.
